Hello world!

Hi!

My name is Mike, and I am a worship leader (guitar/bass and vocals) at a church in Anchorage, Alaska. I also have a side project on my own called Element-O.P..

In addition to playing music at church and at home, I am also a flight instructor, a rock climber, a whitewater kayaker, a mountain biker (can you tell–I love exploring God’s wondrous creation!), a husband and a dad (these are my two favorite roles!).

I’ll be using the WordPress site to write about being a worship leader as well as to write about politics, philosophy, science and religion — especially the little corner where each of these subjects converge.
